After the presentation, Branch Buuddies receive certificates

Our mission is to encourage the youth of San Jose to appreciate and care for their urban forest. We follow the motto "Grow Up Green" which urges respect for trees, nature and the environment alike through community service and conservation.Our talented and enthusiastic corps of educators will teach your students about tree anatomy, the importance of urban trees and LOTS of great ideas on how they can help the environment EVERY day at home!

Each child will go home as a certified Branch Buddy, fully prepared to protect trees and teach others what they have learned. Give your students a chance to take the Buddy Pledge!

On my street or in my yard,
Helping trees is not that hard.

Standing up when danger nears.

Multiple classes per grade? That's okay! We can schedule groups of classes simultaneously or speak at large assemblies.
