Arbor Day and Earth Day are celebrated every year by OCF with special events. Visit our calendar to see what we have planned for this spring!
Johnny Appleseed (Tim Womick) appeared at Piedmont Middle School and Cesár Chávez Elementary on March 7th, 2007. Tim travels the country talking to kids about conservation and the importance of trees. Piedmont students also planted 133 trees, giving them the opportunity to put what they’ve learned into practice.
