Tree Grant Application Process

To submit a tree application to obtain a tree, choose from the following submission options:


Submit by email (Fastest method):

Do you have Adobe Reader/Acrobat and a desktop email program such as Apple Mail or Outlook? (required)
If yes, continue by downloading the application here and be sure to click on the signature check-boxes to sign it.

(If do not have a copy of Adobe Reader/Acrobat, you can download a copy here). If you do not have a desktop email program installed such as Apple Mail or Outlook, continue below.


Submit by Fax, Mail or In-Person:

If you do not have Adobe Reader or Acrobat and/or a desktop email program:

Step 1:    Download the Tree Application
Step 2:    Open the Tree Application using a PDF Viewer
                 If you need one, download Adobe Reader here
Step 3:     Fill out the application.
Step 4:     Send us your signed application by fax, mail or email:
