BUSINESS & FINANCE DIRECTOR

Our City Forest is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Business & Finance Director to lead the organization’s financial operations, human resources administration, and business systems. This key leadership role will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, grant and contract compliance, vendor management, employee benefits, and organizational policies to support OCF’s continued growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced financial and operations leader who is passionate about community-based environmental work, skilled at building strong internal systems, and excited to support a collaborative team working to grow a healthier urban forest throughout Silicon Valley.
