Watering Technician (Seasonal)
About the position: Our City Forest is looking for seasonal tree watering technicians interested in gaining experience in tree care in the nonprofit and municipal sectors. Technicians will work with a team of Urban Forestry Specialists to execute watering routes for 1,500 trees monthly. Technicians will learn tree identification and the corresponding watering requirements. This position will be primarily field work
Urban Forestry Technician (Part Time)
About the position: Our City Forest is looking for technicians interested in gaining experience in stewarding Santa Clara County’s urban forest. Technicians will work to execute field work in: tree planting, tree care and stewardship, and/or nursery work. Urban Forestry Technicians will work closely with community members and will play an active role in volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention.
